Matt Callahan is a successful entrepreneur, the CEO of Janus Health AR and a co-founder and Senior Executive at Chasing Gold. Long a businessman, he has more than 30 years of experience in the entrepreneurial space. He rose to become the National Salesperson of the Year, as well as the youngest regional sales and marketing manager at Polaroid Corp. He helped usher Crusader Printing from a start-up to more than $40 million in sales in three years, securing contracts with Avon Products, Colgate, and Kraft Food and eventually oversaw the sale of Crusader Printing to New Jersey Packaging/Menasha Corp.

In his first foray into the non-profit sector, Callahan wrote the business plan for United Christian Charities of America, becoming its first Executive Director and securing $5 million in start-up funding.  Throughout, Callahan has developed more than $153 million in real estate and also served as a Senior Consultant to UI Medical, aiding from concept to productivity to profitability.

Callahan brings with him a much-needed wealth of business experience and acumen into the sport of beach volleyball.
